Author Guidelines

Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically in Word format through the journal’s online submission system (via the “MAKE A SUBMISSION” button or by “LOG IN TO SUBMIT”).
  • Make sure each submission includes:
    • A Cover Letter
    • A Title Page including full author details
    • An Anonymous Manuscript (single-column format)
    • Author Declarations (if applicable)
  • Authors will be notified of any changes or updates at each stage, from submission to publication.

Peer Review & Ethics

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review.
  • Revisions may be required based on reviewer feedback.
  • Submissions must be original, ethically conducted, and not published elsewhere.
  • Any conflict of interest must be disclosed.
  • Authors are responsible for accuracy, originality, and permissions for copyrighted content.

Copyright

  • Authors retain copyright but grant the journal the right of first publication.
  • Proper citation and attribution are mandatory.

Manuscript Length & Structure

  • Maximum length: 15-17 pages or 5,000 words (including references).
  • Abstract: Max 300 words.
  • Keywords: 5-8.
  • Manuscript Structure:
    • Title
    • Abstract & keywords
    • Introduction
    • Literature Review
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • Acknowledgments (if any)
    • References

Formatting Requirements

  • Font: Noto Sans Devanagari
  • Main text: 11-point, Noto sans Devanagari font or other unicode font, single-spaced, fully justified, 1 cm paragraph indent
  • Margins (A4, Portrait): Set the top, bottom, left, and right margins to 2.54 cm (1 inch).
  • Main title: 16-point, bold, centered
  • Headings: Main headings and subheadings should be set in 12 pt font and numbered sequentially to indicate hierarchy (e.g., 1., 1.1, 1.1.1). Apply 6 pt spacing before and after each heading. Ensure main headings and subheadings are formatted consistently throughout the paper.

Tables & Figures

  • Number consecutively and place close to referenced text.
  • Caption: Use 11 pt font size at the top left of the Table/figure.
  • Tables and figures must be in portrait orientation and of high quality.
  • If there are sources or notes, place them below the table/figure, left-aligned.

References

  • Follow the Chicago Style (recommended max: 30).
  • Font: 11-point, single-spaced, fully justified.
  • Each reference must end with a period.
