Author Guidelines

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ARTICLE/MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

1. Submission Process:

  • Article submissions should be made through the journal's online submission system by clicking the "Make a Submission" button on the journal website.
  • Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their manuscript within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Authors may be required to revise their manuscript in response to comments and recommendations provided by the reviewers.
  • A separate cover letter must be submitted, briefly outlining the article title, author(s)' details, the significance of the research, and a declaration confirming that the manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere for publication.
  • If submission through the journal's online submission system is not possible, the manuscript, cover letter, and all required supporting documents may be submitted via email to   ijcmrs@eduresearchpublication.com.

2. Peer Review Process:

  • All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • Each manuscript is reviewed by experts in the relevant field.
  • Based on the reviewers' comments, authors may be requested to revise and resubmit their manuscript for further evaluation.

3. Copyright:

  • Authors retain the copyright to their work while granting the journal the right of first publication.
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions to reproduce any copyrighted material included in their manuscript.
  • Proper acknowledgment and attribution must be provided for all copyrighted material and cited sources.

4. Ethics:

  • Authors must ensure that their research has been conducted ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Authors must ensure that their manuscript is original and has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere for publication.
  • Any actual or potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the time of submission.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their work.

INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ARTICLE/MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

1. Manuscript Preparation:

  • The overall length of the manuscript, including references, should not exceed 17 pages.
  • Manuscripts should be of maximum 5,000 words, including references and appendices.
  • Shorter pieces such as case notes or book reviews should be between 1,000-2,500 words.
  • Include an abstract of 250 words that summarizes the objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of the manuscript.
  • The use of footnotes should be avoided

2. Manuscript Structure:

  • Title of the article, followed by full name and designation of authors.
  • An abstract of 250 words summarizing the study.
  • Keywords: 5-8 after abstract
  • Introduction: Provide an overview of the topic and the research question.
  • Literature Review: Summarize relevant literature on the topic.
  • Methods: Describe the research methods used in the study.
  • Results: Present the findings of the study.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results and discuss their implications.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and suggest areas for further research.

INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ARTICLE/MANUSCRIPT FORMAT

1. Introduction
Please follow the steps outlined below when submitting your final draft to the journal. These guidelines include complete descriptions of the fonts, spacing, and related information for producing your proceedings manuscripts.
Read the instructions carefully and follow them. The article format should follow the article template, which can be downloaded from the journal’s website.

2. Formatting your Paper

  • All printed material, including text, illustrations, and charts, must be kept within the margin parameters.
  • Please do not write or print outside of the column parameters.
  • Margins are 1.57 cm on the left side, 1.75 cm on the right, 0.96 cm on the top, and 2 cm on the bottom.
  • Paper orientation in all pages should be in portrait style.
  • Set paragraph spacing to 0 pt before and after each paragraph, and use single line spacing  throughout the manuscript.           

3. Main Title

  • Use 16-point Times New Roman font for the main title on the first page. The title should be bold and center-aligned.
  • Capitalize the first letter of all major words, including nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. Do not capitalize articles, coordinating conjunctions, or prepositions unless they are the first word of the title (e.g., A Brief History of Anti-Colonial Movements in India).

4. Author Name(s) and Affiliation(s)
Author names are to be centered beneath the title and printed in Times New Roman 11-point, non-boldface type.

4.1. Affiliations

Affiliations are to be centered, non-bold, and printed in 10-point Times New Roman.
For example:

First Author1, Second Author2and Third Author3

1designation, department, college/university, city, state, country
2designation, department, college/university, city, state, country
3designation, department, college/university, city, state, country

4.2. Corresponding Author

The corresponding author's name should be indicated with an asterisk (*).

5. Second and Following Pages

The second and subsequent pages should have a top margin of 0.96 cm and a bottom margin of 2.00 cm. The left and right margins should be 1.57 cm and 1.75 cm, respectively, on all pages.

6. Type-style and Fonts

Wherever Times New Roman is specified, authors should use the Times New Roman font. If Times New Roman is not available in your word processor, please use the closest available font that matches Times New Roman.

7. Main Text

  • Type the main text in 10-point Times New Roman font with single line spacing and a 1 cm paragraph indent.
  • Ensure that all paragraphs are indented by 1 cm.
  • The text should be fully justified, aligned evenly on both the left and right margins.
  • Do not insert additional blank lines between paragraphs.
  • Bulleted lists should have an indent of 0.5 cm.

    7.1. Tables

  • Place tables as close as possible to the text they refer to and align them at the center.
  • Each table should be labeled as "Table" and assigned a consecutive number (e.g., Table 1. Sample Datasheet with Attributes in Linguistic Term).
  • The table label and caption/title should appear 9 pt font above the table.
  • Use a consistent font style and size throughout the table. 
  • Sources and notes below the table should be in 8-point font and left-aligned.
  • All tables should be center-aligned and presented in portrait orientation.

7.2. Figures

  • Photos, graphs, charts, and diagrams should be labeled as "Fig." (abbreviate Figure) and numbered consecutively.
  • Figure captions should be left-aligned and formatted in 9-point Times New Roman font, placed above the figure.
  • Sources, if any, should be placed below the figure, formatted in 8-point font, and left-aligned.
  • Figures should be of high quality and suitable for publication.

8. First-order Headings
For example, “ I. INTRODUCTION”, should be Times New Roman 12-point boldface, capitalized, flush left, with 6-point spacing before and after.

8.1. Sub-headings (Second & Third order Headings)
Subheadings (i.e., second- and third-level headings) should be in Times New Roman, 10-point, bold, and flush left, with 6-point spacing before and after. They may be numbered using Arabic numerals (for further details, see the article submission template).

Appendix
An appendix, if needed, should appear before the acknowledgments.

Acknowledgments
These should be brief and placed at the end of the text before the references.

REFERENCES
List only the bibliographical references that have made a significant contribution to the paper. If possible, limit the reference list to 30 entries and include only essential citations. References should be formatted according to APA style and arranged in alphabetical order. Use 9-point Times New Roman font, single spacing, and full justification. The reference list should appear at the end of the paper. Ensure that each reference ends with a period (.). See the examples below.
