Abstract

The International Journal of Indian Language Research Studies presents its first issue, featuring scholarly work that reflects the linguistic and cultural richness of India. This volume includes studies on Bangla syntax, gender representation in Malayalam cinema, migration narratives in modern Tamil literature, the heritage of Kannada folk theatre, the role of nature in indigenous writings, and the social reflections found in Malayalam films.

These articles demonstrate how Indian languages preserve identity, memory, and cultural history while continuing to evolve in modern contexts. We thank all contributors and readers who support this academic initiative. May this issue encourage further research and meaningful dialogue in the field of Indian language studies.
